Rock Steady Boxing Desert Cities offers a research-backed fitness program specifically designed for people with Parkinson's disease. Our classes use non-contact boxing drills combined with strength training, cardio, mobility exercises, and vocal activation.

Every class is safe, adaptable, and challenging in the right way — led by certified coaches who understand the unique needs of our participants.

Chris Boni

Chris Boni is the head coach of Rock Steady Boxing Desert Cities. Inspired by his father's experience with Parkinson's disease, Chris established this program to help individuals regain confidence, control, and independence through movement.
